All of our jerseys are made to order, just for you! That means we need a little bit of time to make your jersey before we can ship it out. Our standard processing time is:
We do our best to get your order out as fast as possible, and most orders are processed within 3 business days. During busy periods (like after a big tournament, or during major events like the World Cup), processing time may be a little bit longer, but we will always do our best to get it to you as fast as we can.
We offer two shipping options to all of our customers, so you can choose the one that works best for you:
If you need your jersey faster, we also offer expedited shipping, which gets it to you in 2-5 business days, to most countries. With expedited shipping, we prioritize your order in production, and use express courier services like DHL, FedEx, or UPS. This option is available at checkout for an additional €12.99.
All of our international shipping is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). That means we take care of all the import duties, taxes, and customs fees for you! The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay. There are no hidden fees, no extra charges when your package arrives, and we handle all the customs paperwork for you. That means you don't have to worry about anything - we take care of it all! We work with local customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance in every country.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €32, to all countries! That means if your order is more than €32, you don't have to pay anything for shipping. For orders under €32, we charge a small flat rate of €4 for shipping, to cover the cost of sending it to you. This applies to all countries, no exceptions!
As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number, and a link to track your package. You can use that link to see exactly where your package is, and when it's expected to arrive. Tracking updates are available in real-time, so you always know where your jersey is. If you have any trouble tracking your order, just contact us, and we will help you out.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, if your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate, and we will either send you a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. We offer shipping insurance on all orders, so you are always protected.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place your order. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the wrong address if you entered it incorrectly at checkout. If you need to change your shipping address after you place your order, please contact us right away, and we will do our best to change it before your order ships. We can only change addresses before the order is processed.
For international orders, we handle all the customs paperwork for you. Our team prepares all the necessary documentation, and we work with local partners to ensure your package clears customs quickly. With our DDP shipping, you don't have to do anything - we take care of all the paperwork and fees, so your package arrives directly at your door, no extra work required from you.
