Q: Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?

A: No! All of our international orders use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. That means all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are already included in the price you pay at checkout. There are no hidden fees at all—you won’t have to pay anything extra when your package arrives.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Our support team will get back to you within 24 hours with all the details you need to send the item back to us, including a prepaid shipping label, so you don’t have to pay anything to send it back.

It may take a few extra days for your bank to process the refund, depending on your bank’s policy, but we’ll get it done as fast as we can.
